Our Prawns

Our prawns are caught with pots and kept alive until processed the same day on F/V Mikiah Bay. Flash frozen to keep our product as fresh as it can be. We then glaze to seal in the freshness and extend the shelf life.

Our Salmon

We are gillnetters. This means each fish is caught and hand picked individually. We catch our salmon and use pressurized water to flush the blood out of the salmon. This ensures the finest quality. Once bled, our salmon are slush iced until processed and flash frozen. All of this to provide the best salmon you will ever eat.
