Our Seafood...

What makes our seafood special?

Over the years we have improved our processing methods in order to preserve the quality, taste and texture of our seafood, as if it just came out of the water.

We Flash freeze. Our Spot Prawns are taken to between -20 and -40 within hours of it being processed. This prevents the seafood from degrading and freezes while at its freshest. 

We Pressure Bleed. We use pressurized water to flush our salmon of blood. Removing the blood help keep its fresh taste!

We Handle with Care. All our seafood is handle with extreme care. This is because we know it make a difference. We want to only produce the best seafood possible. We want you to experience right out of the ocean seafood. 

We take pride in our product and expect perfection. Growing up on the water gives us access to this everyday. We want to share this experience with you. There is nothing better than fresh, right out of the ocean, seafood.
